God's Word tells us "If any of us lack wisdom, let us ask of God". What exactly is wisdom? Mr. Webster tells us it is the quality of being wise, good judgment, based on knowledge and discretion.
So what is good judgment? Years ago we referred to this as being "common sense". Using wisdom in making decisions and going in the right direction of life. There are many crossroads in life, some good for us and some really bad. We pray and ask God what we should do about certain situations, certain people and how we should approach some of these situations?
At times like these, we should go so slowly and cautiously, so we don't get ahead of ourselves or in the way of what might happen. It would be difficult to avoid a certain situation, when we are right in the middle of it and things can't be accomplished because of you and your stubborness. The fact that you would not get out of the way, might mean you have ruin the entire project for everyone involved. By doing this, you have not used wisdom and caused extensive harm to come to the people involved.
